By using NLO Studio ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Service. NLO Studio is provided by NLO Coding ("we", "us").
2. Service Description
NLO Studio is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps users generate, optimize, and publish content across various social media platforms. The Service includes AI text generation, viral content analysis, publication scheduling, and social media integrations.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated content belongs to you, but you are responsible for its use and legal compliance.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest). Use of these integrations is subject to the respective platforms' terms. We are not responsible for changes in third-party APIs or policies that may affect Service functionality.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Some Service features are available through paid subscriptions. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing content before publication.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-Service notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
