NLO Studio ("Service"), provided by NLO Coding, respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws.

We collect: account information (name, email), social media profile data (when connected via OAuth — public profile, avatar, username), content you create in the Service, usage data (analytics, error logs), and technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies).

3. How We Use Data

Your data is used to: provide and improve the Service, personalize AI content generation, publish content to connected platforms on your behalf, send account status notifications and updates, and for analytics and product improvement.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We share data with: AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) — for content generation (no personal data), Stripe — for payment processing, Supabase — for data storage, social platforms (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest) — only with your OAuth authorization. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for Service operation (session, authentication). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Security

We protect your data with: encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted OAuth token storage, regular security updates, access controls and monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we make every effort to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: obtain a copy of your data (Data Portability), correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, withdraw consent to data processing, and file a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact support@nlostudio.com.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal requirements (e.g., payment records — 7 years).

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email. The date of the last update is always indicated at the top of the document.
